Course Overview
Parable of the Talents
Don Potter
Matthew 24:14
Invest in your talent, and grow it. Don’t just let it sit and hide in the dirt.
* Don’t let your talent lay dormant.
* MAKE TIME
Invest in your talent the way you invest in your relationship with the Lord.
God is not redeeming music. He didn’t lose it.
* He is redeeming musicians.
When you invest in the talents the Lord has given you, there is an authority God wants to release.
* This is the authority that drives away the demonic.
God has given us the ability to have a “feel” for Him.
God is omnipresent, but we are capable of being so distracted that we don’t notice He is here.
When we are leading worship, we aren’t ushering in the presence, we are pushing all of the darkness out of the room.
* If you enter into worship with ambition or jealousy, you are actually ushering the demonic in, instead of out.
