Course Overview

From small groups to stadiums, worship is often led musically from the acoustic guitar. However, one of the more common obstacles many face when starting this journey is getting from learning chords at home to plugging in on stage and playing with a team.

In this course with Austin Johnson, many of the common hurdles and basic knowledge are given on how to approach song preparation, different chord voicings, how to use a capo, common and necessary gear, and how to fit it all together into the context of a worship set.

This course is designed to equip acoustic players with accessible ways to show up prepared, and approach acoustic guitar with intentionality and excellence, even at the basic levels of playing.
